  • 92 Days

Program Description:

Education for Human Unity Integral Education calls for a fundamental shift in how we view learning - not as something to impose, but as something to awaken. The second principle, “The mind must be consulted in its own growth,” reminds us that each learner holds the key to their own development. This program invites educators to reimagine learning spaces as environments of trust, respect, and inner freedom, where each individual is supported in growing at their own rhythm and in their own way. Rather than forcing children to conform to fixed standards, this principle emphasizes that real education begins with listening - to the mind’s natural curiosity, to the heart’s questions, and to the individual’s evolving path. By honoring diverse learning styles, developmental timing, and personal motivation, we cultivate not only intelligence, but confidence, self-direction, a deep sense of belonging, and acceptance of otherness. Participants will explore how to create learning environments that foster: • Education for peace, inclusion, and diversity • Mixed-age learning communities that reflect the natural rhythm of human development • Different learning styles, intelligences, and inner ways of knowing • Value systems and worldviews, helping children make meaning across cultures and perspectives • Assessment as self-reflection and conscious action, not external judgment This program also examines the educator’s evolving role - as a facilitator, guide, and co-learner. By learning to trust the unfolding of each child’s growth, educators model a deeper form of respect and care. In such environments, differences are not problems to fix - but sources of growth, richness, empathy, and unity, essential for raising a generation capable of peace, collaboration, and global responsibility.
